Relax more. Stretch deeper.

Elevating your legs takes pressure off your body and lets gravity do the work. As your upper body fully relaxes, tension melts away—so you sink into deeper stretches, move better, recover faster, and find yourself stretching longer, effortlessly.

Benefits of Stretching with Your Legs Elevated!

StretchMaxx supports faster, deeper recovery by:
  • Helping reduce lactic acid buildup after training
  • Promoting circulation and oxygen flow to tired muscles
  • Allowing legs-elevated stretching to support venous return
  • Reducing muscular effort so muscles can fully relax
  • Encouraging longer, more effective stretch holds

Meet The Inventor Of StretchMaxx

Chris “Nyame” Simons is a lifelong fitness professional, movement educator, and inventor with more than 35 years of experience in human performance, mobility, and recovery. His work blends scientific education with elite athletic experience and decades of hands-on coaching, forming the foundation behind StretchMaxx.

Nyame earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University, approaching movement and recovery through an evidence-based lens. His background includes professional soccer with the Miami Breakerscompetitive bodybuilding (ages 17–35), and endurance achievements such as kayaking 1,300 miles from Miami to New York, along with winning numerous adventure racing competitions. These experiences gave him rare firsthand insight into how the body performs, adapts, and recovers under real-world demands.

After coaching thousands of individuals — from elite athletes to beginners — Nyame identified critical limitations in traditional stretching methods. This led him to invent StretchMaxx, a safer, more effective way to perform advanced mobility training outside of clinical or professional settings. He is the developer of the CoreFlow Suspension Training Program and is now working on the CoreFlow Technique, a completely new tri-planar neuromuscular movement method delivered through patent-pending equipment.

Today, Nyame continues to teach, coach, and innovate, leading the development of StretchMaxx educationtraining programs, and digital curriculum. His mission is simple: to help people move better, recover smarter, and stay active at every stage of life.
