A 5-hour trainer intensive — available for
gyms, studios, and teams

This workshop is designed for personal trainers seeking innovative, results-driven methods to improve strength, flexibility, and movement quality.

These methods represent an emerging approach to training — made possible through proprietary systems not available anywhere else — offering a unique opportunity to get ahead of the curve and begin working with techniques that are shaping the future of movement training.

Led by Chris “Nyame” Simons, who brings more than three decades of personal training experience, along with the tools he developed and invented: the CoreFlow Suspension System and StretchMaxx.

Trainers will learn to integrate functional strength training with the CoreFlow suspension sling, fascia stretching with StretchMaxx, and effective breathing techniques.

The focus is simple: methods that improve results and can be applied immediately with clients.

CoreFlow Suspension System

The CoreFlow Suspension System consists of a suspension sling and a pair of handles.

The system can be used to create functional strength exercises that challenge stability, coordination, and control.

The sling allows for a wide range of movements and body positions, giving trainers more ways to adapt exercises to different clients and training goals.

Comparable to TRX, the CoreFlow system offers greater versatility in exercise variations, movement patterns, and training modalities, while also providing improved comfort.

The system allows trainers to expand the types of exercises they can create without adding complicated equipment

StretchMaxx Flexibility & Resistance Stretching

Compare stretchmaxx to regular stretching strap
StretchMaxx is a pulley-based stretching system designed to perform assisted and resistance stretching without a partner.

It allows trainers to work with muscle and fascia together, helping clients improve flexibility while maintaining control and strength.

Participants will also be among the first trainers learning how to incorporate this system into their own training practice.

Topics include:

• Resistance stretching and PNF techniques
• Improving flexibility through active engagement rather than passive stretching
• Using stretching as preparation for strength training or recovery after sessions
• Teaching clients how to continue flexibility work independently

Breathing for Performance

Breathing affects strength, stability, and recovery, yet it is often overlooked in training.

Trainers will learn simple ways to coach breathing patterns during exercises and stretching to help clients:

• Maintain better control during strength work
• Improve stability and posture
• Regulate the nervous system
• Recover more effectively between sets and sessions

These techniques are simple to apply and can immediately improve how clients move and perform.

For trainers looking to stay innovative, these tools offer an effective way to improve results and develop stronger training sessions.

Chris simons founder of stretchmaxx

Chris “Nyame” Simons is a lifelong fitness professional, movement educator, and inventor with over 35 years of experience in strength training, performance, and recovery.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from FIU, bringing an evidence-based approach to how the body moves and recovers.

His background includes professional soccer with the Miami Breakers, competitive bodybuilding, and endurance challenges such as kayaking 1,300 miles from Miami to New York, along with multiple wins in adventure racing.

These experiences shaped his understanding of performance and long-term durability.

He is the creator of the CoreFlow Suspension System and inventor of StretchMaxx, developed through years of hands-on training to address limitations in traditional strength and stretching methods.

His work combines functional strength training, fascia stretching, and breathing techniques to improve movement, performance, and recovery — while keeping training engaging for both the trainer and the client.
